My Lil' Monkeys will exchange your Cart-Stopper™ within 30 days of purchase or issue a refund for
the purchase price (less shipping) if you don't love our product. Please return it to us in new
condition and in original packaging. We cannot refund return shipping.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for the credit.
Please include original packing slip so that we know who the return is from.
